I. About the Product
ICBC Single JCB Logo Credit Card (“Single JCB Logo Credit Card”) is a personal credit card and also a magnetic stripe plus IC (EMV) composite card. It is classified into platinum card, gold card and classic card, each valid for eight years.
II. How to Use the Product
Single JCB Logo Credit Card can be used at ICBC designated merchants, ICBC outlets and, ATMs etc. in China, and in JCB network overseas.
The foreign currency of Single JCB Logo Credit Card is Japanese yen. The consumption at the network of JCB network in Japan is directly credited to the account in Japanese yen without currency conversion or corresponding foreign exchange fee. For the spending with Single JCB Logo Credit Card in the JCB network in countries or regions except Japan, the system will automatically convert the trading amount into Japanese yen and credit it to the Japanese yen account. The corresponding foreign exchange fee will be exempted automatically. Single JCB Logo Credit Card can be repaid directly in Japanese yen, or by exchange purchase with RMB.
III. Application
Case 1: To facilitate your payment by swiping the cards and your enjoyment of rights and benefits, it is recommended that you mainly use the single UnionPay logo card in China, and the Single JCB Logo Credit Card overseas. With the combination of these two cards, you can enjoy convenient payment all over the world. If you do not have a single UnionPay logo card, you can apply for 1 card + 1 card, which means applying for Single JCB Logo Credit Card and single UnionPay logo card simultaneously. You just need to fill out one form during the application for both cards.
Case 2: ICBC UnionPay credit card holder only needs to apply for Single JCB Logo Credit Card alone. The latter will be issued as a supplementary card to the former, meaning fast and convenient application procedures for you.
