ICBC has set up Peony Credit Card VIP customer service centers in the major commercial cities and tourism cities in China and abroad to promote the scale expansion, brand building, globalization and specialization of its credit card service and use its outlet resource advantages to build a domestic-overseas interactive service network for high-end customers and improve the quality of customer service.
ICBC has set up 144 Peony Credit Card VIP customer service centers in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen since 2007. Meanwhile, ICBC has also set up Peony Credit Card VIP customer service centers in Hong Kong, Macau, Jakarta and Frankfurt to expand its overseas service.

I. Basic services
1. Basic counter services: You can enjoy such services as VIP express, card application, account inquiry, application for electronic reconciliation statement, credit card limit adjustment, application for password limit and card upgrade.
2. You can also enjoy the hotline 4000095588 (platinum card) and 4006695588 (gold card) and Internet banking services provided by Peony Credit Card VIP customer service centers.
II. Emergency services
1. Emergency loss report: If your card is stolen or lost, you can report the loss to Peony Credit Card VIP customer service centers. Meanwhile, you can also dial the hotline 4000095588 (platinum card) and 4006695588 (gold card) to report the loss.
2. Emergency cash withdrawal: If your card is stolen or lost in another city in China and you need to withdrawal cash in RMB, Peony Credit Card VIP customer service centers can provide emergency cash withdrawal service for you. You can withdraw cash of no more than RMB2,000 (no more than RMB1,000 for platinum card) within the overdraft and cash withdrawal limit and the available credit limit of the same day.
3. Emergency card replacement: If you need to replace your card because your card is stolen, lost, expired, the magnetic stripe is damaged or the information is mistaken, Peony Credit Card VIP customer service centers will timely accept your card replacement application and notify you to take the new card with your ID certificate and card collection form after producing the card.
III. Value-added services
The services include local travel consulting, shopping consulting, guidance and reservation of discount merchants and consulting for local special promotions.
