☆Operation guide
1. Product purchase: You may conduct the business of personal large-denomination certificate of deposit in an outlet based on valid identity documents. If you entrust another person to conduct the business, the identity certificate of the agent should also be provided. You can also purchase personal large-denomination certificate of deposit through internet banking and mobile banking channels registered over the counter.
2. Withdrawal: You can withdraw money at the outlet with your bank card or passbook. If the withdrawal exceeds RMB200,000 (inclusive), you must make an appointment with the withdrawal outlet at least one natural day in advance. If you want to withdraw in advance, you need to provide your identity card. If an agent is entrusted to conduct withdrawal business, the identity certificate of the agent should also be provided. For personal large-denomination certificates of deposit purchased through electronic channels of the Bank, you can also make withdrawal through internet banking and mobile banking channels registered over the counter.
