You can sign bank-hospital service agreement of relevant hospital via ICBC's self-service channels, or you can apply for bank-medical co-branded card of the hospital and bind the bank card and your hospital ID number at ICBC outlet. Then, with the bank card, you can get access to the fast and convenient reserved registration and payment services.
◆ Convenient Hospital Registration
You can use the contracted bank card or the bank-medical co-branded card to complete reserved registration with relevant hospital, department or doctor via self-service channels of ICBC, or you can complete registration on your own at the self-service facilities of the hospital.
◆ Fast and Convenient Payment
You can swipe the contracted bank card or the bank-medical co-branded card to pay directly at the hospital, or you can pay diagnosis and treatment expenses at its self-service facilities, thus saving the waiting time for queuing up.

☆ Service Channels
ICBC's internet banking, self-service terminals (transfer & remittance machine, inquiry & payment machine), mobile banking and telephone banking (presently only Beijing 301 Hospital is available to reserved registration service for registered telephone banking customers nationwide), and self-service facilities of cooperative hospitals.

☆ Functions
◆ Medical Service Contracting
You can select a hospital and sign the agreement on bank-hospital service via ICBC's internet banking, self-service terminals or mobile banking and bind ICBC bank card and your hospital ID number for access to the bank-hospital service. The modification or cancellation of the agreement can also be conducted via these channels.
◆ Reserved Registration/Inquiry/Registration Cancellation
Via ICBC's internet banking, self-service terminals or mobile banking, you can access to the services related to reserved registration with the contracted bank card or bank-medical co-branded card. Such services include reserved registration, payment for reserved registration, registration cancellation, and inquiry about reserved registration information. You can also make the registration at the self-service facilities of the hospital with contracted bank card or bank-medical co-branded card.
◆ Printing of Registration Receipt
After completing reserved registration at self-service terminal of the hospital or the bank, you can print the registration receipt on your own.
◆ SMS Reminder
You will receive a short message on registration information during the period after successful registration at ICBC's self-service channels and before your treatment time.
◆ Payment of Diagnosis and Treatment Expenses
You can use the contracted bank card or the bank-medical co-branded card to pay diagnosis and treatment expenses at relevant department or self-service facilities of the hospital.
◆ Printing of Payment Receipt
You can use the card to print the payment receipt at the self-service facilities of the hospital. Detailed list of expenses can be printed as well.
◆ Inquiry about Diagnosis and Treatment Progress and Report Printing
You can use the card to inquire examination and test results and print reports.
