Before: she had no time to manger salary account due to busy work, so she just changed salaries into fixed deposits every half year, and plenty of salaries were therefore idle in the current account.
Now: through applying for "Fixed-Current Link Deposit Program", ICBC computer system automatically checks Ms. Guo's salary account on a monthly basis; and when the funds on her salary account are more than set funds amount, the system will automatically change the extra funds into fixed deposits. When there are no sufficient funds on her bank card due to her spending or withdrawing cash, the fixed deposits will be automatically changed into current deposit, which avoids the embarrassments caused by the un-sufficient funds on the bank card.

Customers can just bring their Elite Club Account cards and ICBC Money Link Cards on which they want to open the Fixed-Current Link and go to ICBC banking outlets to apply for account opening.
☆ Helpful Tips
1. The minimum amount for transferring from the current deposits of the "Fixed-Current Link" account to the fixed deposits is RMB5000.
2. When customers use their bank cards to spend at non-ICBC POS or withdraw cash from non-ICBC ATM, the fixed deposits can't be transferred to current deposits.
