The application procedures for the overseas edition of ICBC Internet Banking are simple. You can go to a service office of ICBC to register or log onto ICBC's website to register by yourself.

At present the overseas edition of ICBC Internet Banking has 11 major functions and over 60 sub-functions, including account inquiry, transfer and remittance, bill payment, foreign exchange trading, and repayment of credit card debts, which enable you to grasp market trends at any time and accumulate more wealth.
III. Safe and reliable
The overseas edition of ICBC Internet Banking sets strict restrictions on transfer of funds, and requires that all transaction settlement must be authorized and verified to complete. In addition, other means such as the E-banking Code Card and the USB-Shield are also adopted to protect the security of clients' information and safety of clients' capital.
IV. Application Condition
You need to provide your valid identity certification and accounts of the overseas branch of ICBC.
V. Sign up
Registration over the counter: You need to take your valid identity certification and bank card or current passbook to an ICBC banking outlet, and fill out the Application Form for ICBC E-banking Personal Account Registration to complete registration.
