e-Statement for corporate clients refers to services ICBC provides to Corporate Internet Banking clients which allows the client to inquire about, print and download the full page statements and the unfull page statements for the RMB accounts and foreign exchange accounts held by the headquarters and the subsidiaries. The information recorded in the full page statements and the unfull page statements cover transactions through Internet banking and other means (over the counter).
You can use ICBC Corporate Internet Banking to inquire about the full page statements and the unfull page statements for the RMB accounts and foreign exchange accounts held by the headquarters and the subsidiaries, and can also print and download your inquiry results.

This service can be widely adopted. It serves companies scaled from tiny ones to super-large group enterprises or even global companies.

IV. Application Condition
Clients should have registered the Certificate edition of Corporate Internet Banking at the counter; or have registered the General edition of Corporate Internet Banking on the website of ICBC through self-service.

Any enterprise or social group which has opened the settlement account at ICBC can open this service after registering for ICBC Corporate Internet Banking at the counter or online.

Ⅶ. Considerations
1. If the client searches by defining the date and the system finds no record to meet the client's requirement, the system will automatically search the unfull page statements and display the results if there is any.
2. If the client downloads records by defining the starting and ending dates, the records will not be paginated, with the "page" item empty. It the client downloads recording by defining the starting and ending page, the records will be paginated, with the page number in the "page" item. When the records are downloaded in Excel format, they will be in the form of work sheet and will be paginated.
3. When the group client wants to inquire about the e-Statements for the accounts held by the subsidiaries, the client need to first obtain the authorization from the subsidiaries.
