I. Introduction
RMB (Stock Market) Financial products refers to the ICBC "Link Express (Ultra-Short term) Finance Plan" and "Link Express (New Stock Purchase) Finance Plan".
You can conduct operations such as the transaction, inquiry and termination of finance plans.
II. Target Client
Clients who are in need of "Link Express (Ultra-Short term) Finance Plan" and "Link Express (New Stock Purchase) Finance Plan".
III. Features
"Link Express" series products are cash management tools that are designed and developed based on ICBC’s advanced financing business system. It is featured with fluidity, security and profitability, hence filling the cash management gap of financial product line of the banking industry.
IV. Application Condition
1. Clients of "Banking@Home" Personal Internet Banking;
2.Apply for USB Shield;
3.At least holding one registration card (Peony Money Link Card, Elite Club Card).

Ⅵ. Considerations
1. When purchasing financial products, please input the purchase share, and the system will automatically calculate the trading sum for you. Trading sum=purchase share × bank's offer price.
2. When purchasing financial products, the purchase amount cannot be less than the minimum purchase share, and should be increased based on the trade class difference.
3. If the purchase share of financial products you input is not increased based on the trade class difference, the share of financial products insufficient for a differential level will not be transacted. The corresponding purchase fund will be retained in your capital account without transaction.
Ⅶ. Definition
1. Link Express (Ultra-Short term) Finance Plan is a service enabling clients to process purchase and redemption of financial products automatically in a very short period of time through signing the Finance Agreement. Clients can appoint a current account of the same city as the "Link Express" account, and set the "account starting purchase amount" and "account starting redemption amount", while ICBC will pre-set "trade class difference" (the smallest amount of a single purchase or redemption). When the balance of the "Link Express" is higher than the sum of "account starting amount" and "trade class difference", then the excess part will be automatically used to purchase financial products based on its integer multiple of the "trade class difference", and the insufficient part will be automatically used for finance product redemption based on its integer multiple of the "trade class difference", so that the account balance can be resumed to the "account starting redemption amount".
2. Link Express (New Stock Purchase) Finance Plan is a service enabling clients to purchase new designated stocks automatically by ICBC through signing the Finance Agreement. You can set a New Stock Purchase trading account under a finance trading card of the same city, and set the "account starting purchase amount" and ICBC will pre-set a "lowest amount of single purchase" for your finance trading. When the available balance in the account surpasses the sum of "account starting purchase amount" and "lowest amount of single purchase", then the excess part will be automatically used to purchase new stocks based on its integer multiple of the "trade class difference".
