2. Clients who conduct business in line with the state's relevant laws and regulations, with good market performance and credit standing, and a certain reputation in the local community.
V. Sign up
1. The client shall submit the Business License Duplicate and its copy, and the Application Form for Business Promotion Services of ICBC
2. The client shall sign the Cooperative Agreement on Using Business Promotion Services of ICBC with ICBC after examination and approval of his application.
3. ICBC shall open the business promotion services for the client.
