I. Introduction
An import settlement facility backed by the collection of export FX in a package of products: export L/C, payment guarantee, forward FX trading, import L/C, import/export financing.
II. Features and Advantages
1. Highly flexible, can be in any combination of import/export trade services depending on the settlement;
2. Import L/C or letter of guarantee or import credit facility is available if all the documents against your export L/C are complied with, or your company receives an acceptance message from the L/C opening bank. No need to have a credit line.
III. Target Clients
Customers who sign both the import and export contract and use L/C to settle the export goods.
IV. Application Conditions
FX amount that your company claims through ICBC from overseas cannot less than the unpaid amount in your import L/C (including loan) and import guarantee.
