IV. Operation Guide
Inward Remittance: Give a copy of ICBC Remittance Routes (or List of ICBC Overseas Account Branch) to your importer;
Outward Remittance: Submit in person at the ICBC Counter the Application Form together with the necessary documentation.
V. Application Conditions
Submit all the necessary documents for ICBC to check against the rules specified by State Administration of Foreign Exchange.
