1. Borrower must hold the FX Registration Certificate issued by SAFE, capital fund in place with the amount declared, no less, no cancellation;
2. Subject to SAFE regulation and ICBC rules when applying for RMB loan guaranteed by FX or loan guaranteed by foreign shareholders.
