Asset management business launched jointly by ICBC and securities companies include investment in and agency sale of the securities companies’ asset management schemes, financing, investment advisory service etc.
1. Investment in securities companies’ asset management schemes. ICBC utilizes the wealth management funds to invest in various asset management schemes of securities companies, including structured products and equity products etc. ICBC may sell various asset management schemes managed by securities companies on behalf of the customers.
2. Financing. ICBC utilizes the wealth management funds to invest in bonds and asset securitization projects etc. of securities companies.
3. Investment advisory service. ICBC cooperates with securities companies by offering investment advisory services during design of various asset management products.
