I. Description
ICBC investment on behalf of investment banking peers refers to services where ICBC, as an investment banking advisory, accepts the financing customers, financing projects and financing instruments recommended by investment banking peers, and existing assets held by investment banking peers or formed out of agency investment, and satisfies the financing demands of peers or their customers by means of bank wealth management funds or agency distribution funds.
II. Applicable Targets
Various investment banking peers and their financing customers that hope to cooperate with ICBC in the investment banking business.
III. Service Content
Project improvement and recommendation, product design and improvement, assisting other banks and customers to accomplish financing; the fund is sourced from the wealth management funds raised by the Bank’s wealth management products or the funds raised by the asset management schemes for which ICBC sells on behalf of the customers (wealth management funds).
IV. Charge and Tax Standards
Both parties shall sign the advisory service agreement upon negotiations. The advisory service will be charges as per agreed standard.

I. Description
With investment banking integration service, ICBC aims to become an integration service provider and a leading bank of investment banking business. ICBC, as a chief coordinator and leading bank, integrates internal and external investment banking resources, takes lead in the implementation and item-based sub-contracting and provides comprehensive, all-around, multi-level and sustainable investment banking services, thus satisfying the enterprises’ investment banking demands in different phases or in specific projects.
II. Applicable Targets
Customers with demands for many kinds of investment banking services, complicated structures and large investment and financing amount or in the hope of seeking long-term comprehensive investment banking advisory services from ICBC.
III. Service Content
It includes but not limited to investment advisory, equity financing advisory, debt financing advisory, asset management advisory, IPO advisory, legal and financial advisory, commercial and management consulting, restructuring and M&A advisory, financial restructuring advisory, and other innovative services.
IV. Charge and Tax Standards
Both parties shall sign the investment banking integration service agreement upon negotiations. The integration service advisory service will be charged as per agreed standard.

By relying on the influence and market power of ICBC brands, ICBC accepts the customer’s demand for comprehensive investment banking services, sub-contracts these services item by item, integrates internal and external products or financial peers and other cooperative partners and intermediaries when necessary to provide a package of investment banking services for customers, which can greatly enhance the customer’s service experience while reducing the customer’s cost in searching comprehensive services.
