In order to meet demands of enterprises and public institutions in managing pension, salary and welfare, ICBC offers the comprehensive pension security service including asset management, account management, asset custody and management consulting.
Asset Management
According to customer demands, the Bank develops and offers investment (wealth management) products, handles customer’s application for subscribing and redeeming wealth management products based on agreement, manages the funds under custody for investments, and discloses information based on agreement.
Account Management
The Bank can offer service of opening the public account and personal account for the comprehensive pension security fund and managing rights and interest information; record payment of units and employees, and investment income of the comprehensive pension security fund; calculate remuneration of the comprehensive pension security fund; offer the service of inquiring account information; and regularly offer report of the comprehensive pension security fund account management.
Asset Custody
The Bank shall keep assets of the comprehensive pension security fund safe. According to investment instructions, the Bank shall transfer funds, timely handle clearing and delivery issues. The Bank shall pay relative remuneration to beneficiaries, take charge of financial accounting and valuation of the comprehensive pension security fund, regularly submit custody report and financial accounting report of the comprehensive pension security fund, and offer the service of evaluating investment performance and supervising transactions of the comprehensive pension security fund.
Management Consulting
The Bank can offer the service of management consulting on the comprehensive pension security fund, design comprehensive employee pension security scheme, develop the personalized service system, design the investment portfolio scheme of the comprehensive pension security fund, assist customers in selecting proper investment products, offer the service of evaluating investment performance of the fund, assist the customer in formulating investment strategies for the comprehensive pension security fund and supervising management of the comprehensive pension security fund, and prepare the management report and the financial accounting report of the comprehensive pension security fund.
